During the 11th Diaspora Development Dialogue (DDD), entitled “Global Compact: Breaking
the Barriers”, that took place in Barcelona in 2019, the Mayor of Lagbar found the presentation
of CBINN’s goals extremely relevant and useful, and asked the organization to conduct a
training.
This is how, with the combined effect of the DDD and ADEPT’s Seed Funding
program, the project ‘Decentralization election officials and staff training’ was launched.
