27 September 2018, Brussels – ADEPT, in partnership with IOM The Netherlands organised its monthly webinar on “Connecting Diaspora for Development: from brain drain to brain gain and brain circulation”. The webinar aimed at discovering how can countries of origin and destination enable and facilitate diaspora contributions to development. It shed light on the example of the CD4D programme run by IOM The Netherlands and the concrete opportunities it offers to diaspora members through temporary physical and online assignments in the countries of origin.
