Gibril Faal spoke on ‘How to make the Ivorian Diaspora the 32nd Region of Cote D’Ivoire’, at the ‘Second Ivorian Diaspora Forum’. The Forum was opened by the Prime Minister Mr Amadou Gon Coulibaly. Other speakers included Minister of Ivorians Abroad Mr Ally Coulibaly, Minister of Transport, Mr Amadou Kone, Minister for Youth Employment and Civic Service, Mr Sidi Toure, and representatives of Morocco, Senegal, Mali and Niger.
