ADEPT’s May Webinar in partnership with IOM

How to pave the way for young Diaspora entrepreneurs?

ADEPT’s May webinar in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) will take place on Wednesday 31 May 2017 from 03:30 to 05:30 PM British Summer Time and will be looking into how young diaspora entrepreneurs can be encouraged and supported to start their own businesses.

The aim of the webinar is to identify practical solutions to make it easier for entrepreneurs to start up businesses in Africa and identify opportunities for young Africans in the diaspora to invest or set up businesses on the continent.

This is in preparation of ADEPT’s Brainstorming session at the European Development Days on 08 June 2017 in Brussels and the Africa-EU summit that will take place in Ivory Coast in November 2017 focusing on youth and job creation.

3 inspirational young African entrepreneurs will share their experiences of start-ups in the diaspora and in Africa, what has worked for them and what has not, and will answer any questions you have for them.
