The participants were: Eva Sandis of NGO Committee on Migration; John Bingham of ICMC/MADE; Michele Levoy of PICUM; Monami Maulik of Global Coalition on Migration; William Gois of Migrant Forum Asia; consultants Wies Maas and Colin Rajah, and Sophie van Haasen of ICMC/MADE.
