This summit is a gathering of International agencies such as Commonwealth, Cherie Blair Foundation For Women, African Union Civil Society, NGOs, Corporate organisations, over 250 African women and men coming together under one roof as they tackle development issues that affect every woman in Africa.
Every Woman Matters – UK aims to raise awareness of the issues faced by poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged girls and women in Africa. They work with all the relevant organisations and governmental bodies to effect positive and lasting change. Their vision is to empower and celebrate every woman and girl, leaving no woman behind.
