It is with profound sadness that the board of ADEPT announces the sudden passing of our brother, friend, and colleague Eyachew TEFERA, a prominent member of the board.
He passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, after a brief hospital stay in Lubjiana.
Our organization ADEPT, as well as the African diaspora as a whole, has lost a committed and dedicated man who devoted his life to advocating for the well-being of the African diaspora and the development of Africa.
He was also a loyal friend and companion to all who knew him.
His death should serve as a reminder for all of us to continue to fight for the causes that Eyachew TEFERA dedicated his life to.
We will be organizing an online tribute ceremony in his honor in the near future.
